The candidates table was empty, so the autopilot had nothing to file and
asked for a refill. Each row here was requested over HTTP from this
container and the response read: the source exists, answers, and returns
what the row claims. Costs in the rows are measured against a z14 cell,
the same cell the BGT, BAG, 3DBAG and dike streamers use.

Ordered strongest first, since rows are consumed top-down: pure additions
before attribute changes to layers already drawn, official registers
before anything else (value 2), and the one live non-government feed last.

Four candidates were dropped rather than filed as rows. NDW's national
traffic-sign register answers "Authorization field missing" and needs a
key nobody here can obtain. The water boards' IMWA kunstwerken API is
listed in PDOK's own index and every path under it answers 404, while the
sibling keringen API used by systems::dikes answers 200. CelesTrak's
satellite elements answer 503 to this container. Blauwe Golf Verbindend,
for live bridge openings, resolves but never completes a connection.

OpenStreetMap rows were left out deliberately even though the original
request invited them: OSM is on the Wired line, and value 2 puts official
registers ahead of it anyway.
