Found while QA'ing #176 (issue #258).

What I did

Stood in for cartopy's missing bgt.ts with a script that reads the five
collections #176 accepted straight from PDOK's BGT OGC API, bins them into z14
cells in the shape surveyed.rs parses, and serves them on loopback:

--at is a real cluster of four BGT kast records west of Groningen centre.

What happened

The HUD prompt reads Use Post box [E], and pressing E is offered, while
the avatar stands beside three grey boxes that are an electricity cabinet, a
street-lighting cabinet and a cable-TV cabinet.

What a user would expect

Either the right name, or no prompt. Over Groningen the kast register is 162
current records — elektrakast 75, openbare verlichtingkast 29, CAI-kast 24,
verkeersregelinstallatiekast 8, telkast 6, GMS kast 6, rioolkast 3,
gaskast 2. Not one of them is a post box, and there is nothing to do with any
of them.

Where the seam is

FurnitureKind::Cabinet was added for OSM's amenity=post_box,
vending_machine and parcel_locker (crates/geo/src/furniture.rs:235-237) —
things people visit — so its display name is the literal string "Post box"
(crates/cartopolis/src/systems/map/world_places.rs:181) and
world_places::prop_interactable (:211) makes everything but Lamp
pressable.

#176 accepted kast -> Cabinet on the bar "furniture.rs already has an
honest form for it". The mesh is honest; the name and the prompt are not.
This is the same failure surveyed-street-objects.md records having already
fixed once — "solid and interactable stopped being the same list", when a city's
worth of lampposts arrived — recurring on the half of a prop that is text rather
than geometry.

Note

It bites the moment bgt.ts emits kast; nothing emits it today. The same
check passes for the other new forms: bord -> Board reads "Information
board" and bak -> Bin/Recycling read "Litter bin"/"Recycling point".
